We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, Medicare numbers, or any sensitive health diagnosis information through our website forms.

Your personal data is stored in a secure MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas (cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security). Access to this database is restricted to authorised Ascend Performance staff only, protected by password authentication.

- Modification or corruption
While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You submit information at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
